Spring offers some of the best trekking conditions with moderate temperatures and clear skies. The rhododendron forests are in full bloom, creating spectacular displays of color throughout the valleys.
Summer brings the monsoon season with warmer temperatures but also increased rainfall. While the trails are less crowded, the mountain views are often obscured by clouds.
Autumn is considered the best season for trekking with stable weather conditions, clear skies, and excellent visibility. The monsoon has cleared the atmosphere, providing stunning mountain views.
Winter trekking offers solitude and incredibly clear skies but comes with very cold temperatures, especially at higher altitudes. Proper cold-weather gear is essential.

The best times for this trek are during the spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) seasons. These periods offer stable weather conditions, clear skies, and moderate temperatures, making for optimal trekking conditions.
This trek is rated as moderate to challenging. You should be in good physical condition and prepared for 5-7 hours of walking per day, often at high altitudes. We recommend beginning a training regimen at least 2-3 months before your trek, including cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and hiking with a loaded pack.
you'll stay in a comfortable 3-star hotel. During the trek, accommodation is in teahouses - simple mountain lodges that provide basic but comfortable rooms. Rooms are typically twin-share with common bathroom facilities. At higher altitudes, amenities become more basic, but all teahouses provide warm meals and a place to rest.
Our itineraries are carefully designed to allow for proper acclimatization. We follow the principle of "walk high, sleep low" and include acclimatization days. Our guides are trained to recognize symptoms of altitude sickness and carry necessary medical supplies. In case of serious symptoms, we have evacuation procedures in place.
We provide a detailed packing list upon booking. Essential items include: sturdy broken-in hiking boots, thermal layers, insulated jacket, waterproof shell, hiking pants, warm hat and gloves, sunglasses, headlamp, water purification method, and personal first aid kit. We provide down jackets and sleeping bags if needed.
